Gbadebo removed my husband after he handed him party ticket — Foluke Daramola
Actress Foluke Daramola Salako has accused the Labour Party, LP, gubernatorial candidate in Lagos State, Gbadebo Rhodes Vivour, aka GRV, of sidelining her husband Kayode Salako, after handing him a party ticket.
Kayode Salako, who was the Lagos State party chairman of the Labour Party for six months, withdrew in January 2023 to run for the Oshodi Isolo Constituency 1 in the House of Representatives.
The actress, during a heated conversation on her Instagram page, noted that GRV turned tribalistic after receiving a party ticket and also alleged that Gbadebo substituted Igbo for Yoruba candidates for the House of Assembly.
She wrote: “Take your time. Don’t insult me on my page, and I say a big amen to your prayers. God will reward me according to the work of my hands. I know Gbadebo very well. My husband gave him that ticket, and what did he do next? He removed my husband and the Labour Party chairman because he’s not Ibo, and all the Yoruba house of the assembly, he took their tickets to put Igbo there, and you dare come to my page to insult me? Please, let’s be guided.”
