Gunmen kidnap, kill APGA leader in Anambra
Gunmen have kidnapped and killed one of the youth leaders of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) in Anambra.
Sources said the victim was kidnapped on Friday while his body was found at Utuh junction in Nnewi South local government area on Saturday
A source said: “The kidnapped and killed Hon Emeka Alaehobi, Nnewi South APGA local government youth leader.
“This morning his remains were found dumped at Utuh Junction.”
Anambra Police spokesperson, Ikenga Tochukwu ,confirmed an unidentified corpse was discovered on Saturday.
He said: “When our operatives got to the scene, the corpse had been removed by some persons, we are yet to identify, and we have also ascertained that the corpse is that of the youth leader.”
