In a recent statement, the lawmaker extended his congratulations to Hon. Target Isaiah Segibo, the Chairman-Elect of Southern Ijaw LGA, alongside Dr. Mrs. Josephine Ekeuwei, the Vice Chairperson-Elect, and the Councilors-Elect from all 17 wards within the local government area.
