Keep Fate With Gov. Diri.
•••Hon. Wilson Charges Constituents
The lawmaker representing Ekeremor Constituency II in the Bayelsa state house of assembly and deputy minority leader Hon. Wilson Ayakpo Dauyegha has urged his constituents to give their support to the prosperity government of Senator Douye Diri as governor of Bayelsa state.
The lawmaker while addressing some of his constituents from Ekeremor town, Israelo Zion, Foutorugbene 1, 2 and 3, Amanagbene and Obrigbene assured them that the governor is on top of their matter arising from the unlawful exclusion of the seven communities from the Global Memorandum of Understanding (GMoU) entered between shell petroleum development company (SPDC), the host communities and witnessed by the Bayelsa state government in 2017.
Honourable Wilson said he has discussed their issues with the governor and he is optimistic that the governor will not play politics at the detriment of the host communities.
He finally assured the host communities that soon, they will be reinstated into the GMoU and all their entitlements paid in full from the date of their exclusion.
