Lamidi Apapa Will Appear In Court On Behalf Of LP While Peter Obi Will Stand For Himself – Arabambi
This announcement by the National Publicity Secretary of the Labour Party faction led by Lamidi Apapa has generated mixed reactions from Nigerians. While some people believe that it is a good move for the party to choose Apapa as their representative at the tribunal, others are of the opinion that it is a recipe for disaster.
Those who support the decision argue that Apapa is a seasoned politician who has the experience of representing the party in such cases. They also noted that by choosing him as their representative, the party is sending a strong message to their opponents that they are united and ready to fight for their rights.
On the other hand, those who are against the decision believe that Apapa is not a popular figure in the party and may not be able to represent the party effectively. They also argued that the decision to choose Apapa may cause a rift in the party and may further weaken the party’s chances at the tribunal.
Whatever the case may be, the Labour party faction led by Lamidi Apapa has made its decision and has chosen to go with Apapa as their representative at the tribunal. It is now left for Nigerians to sit back and watch as events unfold at the Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal in Abuja.
