A group, Save the Poor and Needy Charity Initiative (SPANCI) has declared that Nigerians have suffered enough during the 8 years of former President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration.
SPANCI urged the present administration led by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to address insecurity and killing of innocent citizens witnessed during Buhari the administration.
SPANCI President, Comrade Yemi Ezekiel Bello made this appeal in a statement made available to Track news on Tuesday.
Bello who said that Nigerians should thank God for smooth transition from one government to the other, advised Tinubu to urgently address hardship, terrorism, kidnapping, killings and insurgencies that were witnessed when Buhari was in power.
Bello while speaking further, advised Tinubu to pardon people like Mr. Sunday Adeyemo and Nnamdi Kanu.
“Nigerians have gone through hardship, terrorism, kidnapping, killings, insurgencies etc. Therefore,
we in this organization shall be happy, Mr President, Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu, if this your administration can bring succour to the people of Nigeria, especially the poor and needy, the vulnerable and less privileged.
“We advocate presidential pardon for Ibraheem Elzakzaky, Chief Sunday Adeyemo, and Nnamdi Kanu and others held in various custodies. This will give our Igbo brothers trust and hope in this new administration
