APC chieftain Femi Fani-Kayode said on Monday that the Labour Party’s presidential candidate, Peter Obi, has done the most damage to the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.

Fani-Kayode claimed Obi has diverted votes from the PDP to himself in the upcoming election.

Fani-Kayode said that Obi would win votes in Plateau, Delta, and the Southeast.

He also compared the opposition party to a man with one testicle, claiming that this was due to party division.

“The PDP is totally divided,” Fani-Kayode says. “The party is like a man who had one of his testicles removed.”

“Five and a half governors are against the party; one of them called me the other day to express his disappointment.”

“Five governors have left them and are openly fighting them; this appears to be a non-resolvable situation.”

“Peter Obi has done the most damage to them by attracting votes in traditionally PDP-held areas such as Plateau, and so on.”

“Jang is now with Obi. He has stolen votes from them in Edo, Delta, and the Southeast. So, where will the PDP’s support come from?”

Since the party’s presidential primary election, the PDP has been divided.

Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike and the other governors known as the G-5 are dissatisfied with the party’s leadership.

They emphasized that the North could not produce both a presidential candidate and a National Chairman.

To that end, they demanded that Iyorchia Ayu, the party’s National Chairman, resign.
