SAN Adeleke: The Court Won’t Be Able To Resolve All The Petitions Against Tinubu Before May 29
Adeleke Agbola, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), stated that there will be a lot of paper work involved in the election petition tribunal case, therefore the court case will take a while to complete. Prior to moving forward, the court must review each petition brought against Tinubu, which will take some time to complete.
Bola Tinubu has been the subject of numerous petitions, and the court must consider each one at a time, he continued. According to Agbola, there have been numerous petitions filed against Tinubu, and the court must review them all, before the case can move forward. As a result, it won’t take less time to finish this; on the contrary, it will take a long time.
The court cases cannot possibly be resolved before May 29, according to Adeleke Agbola. Tinubu will therefore take office, while the legal proceeding is still ongoing.
Don’t anticipate the case to be brief; there are numerous papers on the court’s table. Even though there are additional charges of fraud, the procedure will take longer than it would, if it were just the 25% in the FCT case.
