Tinubu, Buhari’s daughters, and others campaign for the APC in Katsina

President Muhammadu Buhari’s daughters, Zahra and Hanan, joined other women at the flag off of the Tinubu/Shettima presidential campaign in Katsina State on Wednesday.
According to Track News, wives of both the Presidential and Vice Presidential candidates, Oluremi Tinubu and HE Nana Shettima, as well as wives of APC governors in the northwest zone, were present at the Katsina People’s Square event.

Mrs Tinubu, who spoke on behalf of Nigeria’s First Lady, Aisha Buhari, who was unable to attend, assured northerners that if the APC wins the upcoming 2023 elections, their interests will be protected and represented.

She expressed gratitude to northerners for their support for her husband, APC presidential candidate Bola Tinubu, and thanked Katsina State Governor Aminu Bello Masari and the good people of Katsina State for their friendship.

“Bola Ahmed Tinubu has been with us since before 1999,” the governor responded. We’ve known him for a long time.

“The APC in Katsina State will fully support him.” We have always supported him, and we will continue to do so in the future.”
