Tinubu In Court 2023 Election: Prof Robert Dode Reveals What Will Be Used To ‘Nail’ Tinubu In Court
We all know that Peter Obi of Labour Party has gone to court to seek legal actions following the announcement of Tinubu as President-elect by INEC. Peter Obi said he is going to prove it to Nigerians that he won the election, and APC on the other hand said they will do everything possible to protect the victory of Tinubu.
Professor Robert Dode has revealed what the tribunal will use to nail Tinubu by the time the hearing on Electoral matters start. He said what will be used to nail (to catch or prove someone did something wrong) those celebrating victory at the tribunal is the Bimodal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS), and according to him, the BVAS machines did not fail, what failed was the refusal of INEC to transmit election results real-time from polling units.
Speaking on how BVAS can be used to nail Tinubu in court, he said that with the BVAS, votes can be counted and the audit trail and digital imprint of fraudulent alterations of figures will be used as evidence to counter the victory of Tinubu.
He also said that forensic auditors can use the BVAS machine to confirm what happened at the polling unit by comparing the votes in BVAS with what is now being uploaded by INEC as polling unit results after several days that election was concluded. He said this will also be compared with the original polling units result copies given to party agents.
He added that if INEC fails to count results well at the collation center, they will definitely count later at the tribunal.
