President Buhari Approves N123bn For Ibadan-Kano Rail

TRACKING___President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the payment of 123 billion naira as counterpart funding to the Chinese Government for the Ibadan-Kano standard rail project.

Minister of Transportation, Mr. Rotimi Amaechi, disclosed this in a Democracy Day speech yesterday stating that work on the Ibadan-Kano segment of the Lagos-Kano line may commence by the end of August.
