The leader of the INRI Evangelical spiritual church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, on Monday, debunked the claim that he invited DMW boss, Davido to his church to perform at the church’s annual thanksgiving service that will hold on February 14.
The cleric in a statement released on Monday charged the public to disregard the information that has been trending.
Primate Ayodele further stated that the only musician that will be performing at the church’s annual thanksgiving is Tope Alabi.
He added that the believe that Davido will be performing in the church is a misconception and a case of misinterpretation.
Ayodele said, “I want to urge the general public to disregard information making rounds that Davido will be performing at my annual thanksgiving on February 14.”
“The only musician I have spoken to as regards the event is Tope Alabi, and nobody else.”
“I believe the Davido’s story was a case of misconception and interpretation.”
TrackNews Online had earlier reported that Popular Nigerian hip-hop singer and songwriter, David Adeleke, better known as Davido will be performing live at the birthday ceremony of Primate Elijah Ayodele, the leader of INRI Evangelical spiritual church.
The renowned prophet disclosed during a chat with newsmen that he had spoken with the singer to come and perform at his church.
The prophet revealed that the singer will be leading praise worship songs at the birthday ceremony which is scheduled to hold at his Church.
