TRACKING____The General Manager, Eko Hotels and Suites, Mr. Danny Kioupouroglou, could not hide his joy when family members and friends turned up in their numbers to give him a befitting 50th birthday celebration.
The golden event, which took place at the Sky Restaurant, Eko Hotels, Victoria Island, Lagos, brought together Nigeria’s who is who including the Alake of Egbaland, HRM Oba Adedotun Gbadebo, Oba of Lagos, HRM Rilwan Akiolu, Mr Tony Elumelu, The Chagoury family, First Lady of Lagos State, Dr Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu, Dame Abimbola Fashola, Minister of Youth and Sports, Mr. Sunday Akin Dare; Mr Niyi Adewumi, Senator Florence Ita-Giwa, Mr. Terry Waya, Bashorun Dele Momodu, Chris Obosi and wife, Angela, Musa Danjuma, Chief (Mrs.) Nike Akande, Chief James Ibori and wife, Senami Sosu, Aremo Segun Oniru, Hakeem Muri-Okunola, Dr. Muiz Banire, SAN, Mo Abudu, Kate Henshaw, Mr Fidelis Anosike, Rita Dominic and Olasupo Shasore, SAN and wife, Gbemi.
Arriving the venue, the highly elated celebrant, surprised all by entertaining his guests with wondrous tunes from his guitar, a gesture he sustained for the better part of the classy party where his beautiful wife, Elvi, was the Chief hostess.
In their separate remarks, guests acknowledged the gentlemanly attitude of Danny, and praised his amiable nature and professionalism.
There was no doubt that guests had loads of fun at the event which had Bovi and Kenny Blaq as Masters of Ceremonies.
