Road Transport Employers’ Association of Nigeria (RTEAN) partners with Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps

In line with the Vision of the State Chairman, Road Transport Employers’ Association of Nigeria (RTEAN) Bayelsa State Council; to improve the transport sector and to enhance the free usage of the road by transporters within the metropolis; hence the partnership.

This partnership is geared at mitigating loss of lives and properties and enhances the long relationship, established between the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps and the Road Transport Employers’ Association of Nigeria.

The newly elected executives, led by her State Chairman; Chief Oyinkuro Ifie Ereboh paid a courtesy visit to the office of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC).

The Sector Commandant; Christiana Abiakam-Omanu in her speech, welcomed the Union body and commended the State Chairman for such a thoughtful idea and promised to work with the Union body to ensure the security of Bayelsans and entire road users. She further emphasized the need for unity amongst the executives to work hand in hand with other state security personnels to foster peace and safety of lives and properties in Bayelsa state.
