Education has been described as the bedrock of every society that wants to develop its human capacity and economic development.

As a passionate lover of education and a firm believer of the prosperity administration of governor Douye Diri, Vice Chairman of Sagbama council area of Bayelsa State, Hon. Emmanuel Okosikeme has donates exercise books to all the wards in Sagbama council area to complement the efforts and growth of education in the area and the same time celebration of one year in office of the Bayelsa State Governor Douye Diri and his Deputy Lawrence Ewhrudjakpo.

According to the number two citizen of Sagbama council area, education is one of the top agenda of the Diri’s led prosperity administration.

Okosikeme while presenting the exercise books to the leader of the 10th Legislative council, Hon. Ebikake Dickson says “education shows us the importance of hard work, helps us develop and sharpen the society to a better place and that is what the Governor Douye Diri led administration is focusing”

His added that the past one year has been a difficult one all over the world because of the effect of the corona virus and all the court cases this administration faces.

Okosikeme used the opportunity to called on the good people of Sagbama council area and Bayelsans at large to continue to pray and support the prosperity administration, meaningful development awaits the people of Bayelsa State.

Receiving the kind donation from the vice Chairman, leader of the Legislative arm in Sagbama council area, Hon. Ebikake Dickson expressed deep appreciation to Emmanuel Okosikeme, describing him as a source of inspiration to youths in Bayelsa State and promised to distribute the books accordingly.
