Sallah 2022: Police To Fill All Praying Grounds in Bauchi

The Bauchi State Police Command has announced that it has deployed police all over the state as a result of Eid-El Kabir Festival celebration for the Muslim faithfuls.

The Spokesperson of the Command, SP Ahmed Wakili, made this known in a press issue on Friday, adding that the Command will continue to join other vital security bodies and all critical stakeholders to ensure that the celebration is peaceful with no hitch.

SP Wakili added that the Command is ready to deal with hoodlums, political thugs and other disgruntled elements that may attempt to violate the law and order before during and after the festive period.

Meanwhile, the Commissioner of Police then extended his warm greetings to all Muslim faithful and other citizens in the state as they celebrate the 2022 EID-EL-KABIR and enjoined them to co-operate with Police and other relevant security agencies.

In their efforts towards ensuring peaceful celebrations while urging them to report any suspicious person or object to the nearest Police Station or call the following Command emergency phone number; 08151849417, 09053872273.
