Governors from the Southern region of Nigeria, ‘Southern Governors Forum‘ are currently meeting at the Enugu State Government House.
The meeting which started around 12 pm had the presence of nine Governors and seven deputy governors.
The Governors in attendance at the meeting holding at Enugu Government house are Governors of Enugu State, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi; Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu; Ondo State, Rotimi Akeredolu; Rivers State Nyesom Wike; Osun State, Adegboyega Oyetola; Delta State, Ifeanyi Okowa and Bayelsa state, Duoye Diri.
Other Governors in attendance are the governor of Ogun state Dapo Abiodun, and the Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Emmanuel Udom.
The Governor of Ekiti State, Kayode Fayemi was represented by his deputy Otunba Bisi Egbeyemi and Governor of Oyo State, Seyi Makinde was also represented by his deputy, Rauf Olaniyan.
