Lobi Stars chairman, Iorfa raises concern over team’s winless run
Lobi Stars chairman, Dominic Iorfa has raised concern over the team’s recent poor outing in the Nigeria Premier Football League.
The Pride of Makurdi are winless in their last two NPFL fixtures.
Lobi Stars last recorded a win in their rescheduled matchday 10 fixture against defending Champions Rivers United.
Iorfa charged the team to brace up for the challenges ahead in the remaining games.
“It’s tough going without a win in our last two games but it is good that we remain top of the table.
“We have three games left before the Super Six, so it’s important to win that,” Iorfa said.
Lobi Starsars currently top the group B table with 26 points, one point ahead of second placed Doma United who are on 25 points.
Mohammed Babaganaru’s side will host Niger Tornadoes in their matchday 16 tie at the New Jos Stadium on Saturday
