Sergio Ramos reacts as Benzema leaves Real Madrid for new club
Real Madrid legend, Sergio Ramos, has sent his best wishes to Karim Benzema, who left the club after 14 years over the weekend.
Benzema played his last match for Real Madrid over the weekend against Athletic Club at Santiago Bernabeu.
The Frenchman scored the only goal for Madrid via a penalty to equalize for Carlo Ancelotti’s side.
Reacting, Ramos took to his Instagram story to send a message to Benzema on his departure from Los Blancos.
“Karino, I wish you the best in your new stage. Much quality, Nueve. Hugs, brother,” Ramos wrote.
Benzema, meanwhile, is expected to join Saudi Arabian club Al-Ittihad in the coming days
