According to Asiwaju-Shettima Connect, the All Progressives Congress presidential candidate, Senator Bola Tinubu, will give young Nigerians the opportunity to lead in politics and business during his administration.

In a statement issued by its National Convener, Adebanjo Moyosore, the group stated that there are significant public policy issues that must be addressed in order for youths to express themselves.

According to the group, most of the country’s problems will not be solved until someone with Tinubu’s foresight and love for youths becomes president.

It praised the presidential candidate in a video for his remarks on Nigerian youths and their achievements in music and sports.

In a video commemorating International Youth Day 2022, titled “Intergenerational Solidarity: Creating a World for All Ages,” the former Lagos State governor praised Nigerian youths for ruling the world in science and technology, entertainment, and sports.

“He has remained a mentor who has over these years mentored the best managers in politics and business; the single most important thing any true leader can do to help prepare the next generation of leadership to take up the baton, and to take their own shot at changing the fortunes of their country,” the group added.

“We’ve seen what he’s done to Lagos in the last two decades.” Because of Tinubu’s master plan to build a mega-city, Lagos has today become Africa’s third largest economy, something he can do better if given the opportunity to lead the country.”
