According to the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNP), All Progressives Congress (APC) vice-presidential candidate Kashim Shettima poses no threat to APC presidential candidate Rabiu Kwankwaso (APC).
The NNPP’s National Publicity Secretary, Agbo Major, declared this on Monday in response to APC Deputy Spokesman Murtala Ajaka’s allegations.

He said that Shettima’s nomination streamlined the NNPP’s responsibilities because of his experience as Governor of Borno State. According to Agbo, Tinubu’s choice of Shettima as his running mate will be the final nail in Tinubu’s coffin.
