Ligue 1 clubs, Lille and Lens are going head-to-head to secure the services of KAA Gent this summer.

According to the French website, Foot Mercato, the two clubs have opened talks with Gent to sign the Nigerian.

Orban scored 20 goals and registered two assists in 22 games for Gent in the second half of the 2022/23 season.

The 29-year-old only joined the Buffalos from the Norwegian second-division club, Staebek in January.

Gent is expected to demand around €30m to sell the striker.

Top European clubs including Chelsea, Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur and Borussia Dortmund are also monitoring his progress
