Manchester United duo, Bruno Fernandes and David de Gea, have paid tributes to goalkeeper Martin Dubravka after he left Old Trafford for Newcastle United.

Dubravka was recalled from his season-long loan at Manchester United by his parent club Newcastle on Sunday.

The Slovakian shot-stopper made two appearances for Man United since arriving from Newcastle in the summer, both in the Carabao Cup.

He was left out of the Man United squad for the wins over Nottingham Forest and Wolves, respectively.

Reacting to his return to Newcastle from Man United, Dubravka, in a lengthy post on Instagram, sincerely thanked the Red Devils’ coaches, staff, players and fans for their ‘support’ during his time at Old Trafford.

Responding to Dubravka’s post, Fernandes said, “You deserve the best.”

On his part, De Gea said, “All the best bro.
