Tribunal Judgement: Am Ready for the Re-Run; Am not going to Appeal ~Fred Agbedi

YENAGOA_____The Member Representing Sagbama-Ekeremor Federal Constituency, Hon. Fred Agbedi of PDP whom the Election Tribunal sacked yesterday over a petition filed against him by his close rival Hon. Michael Bless Olomu of APC has agreed not to Appeal the judgment, but ready for Re-Run as delivered by the Tribunal.

It was recall yesterday in Yenagoa the Tribunal delivered her Judgement between Michael Bless Olomu of APC and Hon. Fred Agbedi of PDP by ordering a Re-Run in 5 Wards and 5 Polling Units across the Federal Constituency which mounted to 25,000 vote.

Agbedi while addressing Newsmen after the judgment sue for calm as he affirmed not to Appeal, but rather to head for the Re-Run as he’s confident of his Victory and the party if the election is conducted within the stipulated time of 90 days given to INEC by the Court.

The 9,000 votes margin Hon. FRED AGBEDI of PDP have against Mr. Michael Olomu of APC in the last House of Representatives Election in Sagbama/Ekeremor Federal Constituency remains valid.

The Election Tribunal directed INEC to conduct Re-election on only Ward five (5) & five (5) Units in Ward Eleven (11) in Sagbama LGA and some Units in Ward Eleven (11) & Ward twelve (12) in Ekeremor LGA amounting to 25,000 total register Voters both in Ekeremor and Sagbama Local Government Areas.

The both candidates are to justle for those 25,000 votes.
