Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel has apologized to his players following Sunday’s 2-2 Premier League draw with Tottenham Hotspur, TrackNews reports.

Tuchel stated that Chelsea players put in a great performance against Antonio Conte’s team but did not get the result they deserved.

Tottenham drew 0-0 with Chelsea at Stamford Bridge, thanks to goals from Kalidou Koulibaly, Reece James, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, and Harry Kane.

Tuchel told TrackNews after the game, “We dominated for 90 minutes.”

“We were sharp, hungry, and it was a fantastic performance.” I’m sorry for not getting the result we deserved for all of my players.”

Chelsea’s next Premier League match is next Sunday against Leeds United.
