U-17 AFCON Draw: Golden Eaglets among three seeded teams

Nigeria’s U-17 side, the Golden Eaglets have been seeded for the 2023 Africa U-17 Cup of Nations draw.

The draw ceremony will hold at at the Cercle National de l’Armée in Algiers, Algeria on Wednesday

Hosts Algeria and defending champions Cameroon are the two other seeded teams.

Algeria will be the top-seeded team in Pot A, Nigeria in Pot B while Cameroon will be the number one team in Pot C

The other teams that will compete in the competition are; Morocco, Burkina Faso, Senegal, Mali, Somalia, South Africa, South Sudan, Congo and Zambia.

The 2023 U-17 AFCON will be held in Algeria from April 29 to May 19 in the cities of Algiers, Constantine and Annaba
