TRACKING____Bobi Wine the opposition candidate, addressed the media and complained that the majority of his polling agents across the country have been prevented from observing the election by police.

Yoweri Museveni wants to pull a fast one on this guy becos he has lost in 51 polling units out of 52 in the country! And he has told them to stop counting & the internet shut down with no Electoral results being uploaded..
