Ugandan President, Youweri Museveni, has invited the leaders of South Sudan to discuss the country’s reconciliation process.

President Salva Kiir, Riek Machar, and four additional vice presidents will attend the conference to discuss and evaluate the execution of the 2018 revised peace accord.

The leaders are expected to discuss the obstacles to the peace agreement’s implementation.

Most terms of the agreement, including the graduation of the unified security forces, have yet to be executed, according to observers.
