Iranian leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has revealed who is to be held responsible for the ongoing crisis between Russia and Ukraine.
He stated that the conflict can only be contained when the root cause is discovered.
He identified the perpetrators of the war as Western powers.
Khamenei said this on Tuesday while making the position of his country on the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine known.
He said: âThe âmafia regimeâ of the U.S has created many crises around the globe, adding that these crises come in the form of the creation of ISIL (ISIS), and meddling in other nationsâ affairs by forcing regime changes and installing pro-West politiciansâ
He blamed the United States and other western countries for the war while maintaining that western countries cannot be trusted.
âSupport by Western governments for administrations and politicians that have been installed by them is a mirage.â he said.
