Mary Remmy Njoku, a Nollywood actress, has taken to social media to express her outrage over the state of things in the nation.

Fuel and food prices have been steadily rising ever since President Tinubu took office, not going down as expected.

Mary Njoku shared her receipt on her Instagram page, revealing that she had paid 664 naira for the toll gate.

The mother of three pondered whether it has become the norm or whether she was duped.

She mentioned how filling a car’s tank now costs more than the minimum wage set by the government.

Mary Njoku questioned how people were surviving in her final statement.

I just paid 664 nairas for toll gate. Na so e don be? Abi Dem cheat me. It now takes more than the minimum monthly wage to fill the tank of a car. How are people surviving?”.

Nollywood actress and media entrepreneur, Mary Njoku has questioned why many waste their energies on living a fake life.

Taking to her Instagram page, the wife of Iroko TV boss, questioned why such energy can’t be used into making it in reality.

For her, it wouldn’t make sense to her, why people succumb to living a fake life rather than attempting to make it.

She noted how many rely on the belief that not everyone is destined to be rich, and as such succumb, to fake lifestyle.

Mary Njoku, further noted how they are wasting their destiny in a fake world while also trying to get validation from people who don’t care about them.
