Zamfara State Government has warned against the reemergence and unlawful display of billboards bearing pictures of Governor Dauda Lawal in the State capital and Local Government headquarters.

This was contained in a press statement signed and issued to newsmen in Gusau, the State capital by Mustapha Jafaru Kaura, Senior Special Assistant, SSA, to the Governor on broadcast and press affairs.

The statement noted that the State government appreciated the unalloyed support and cooperation, love and enthusiasm being shown to Dauda Lawal administration in the state,

“It is pertinent to advise and draw the attention of the public particularly those that have formed the habit of erecting billboards indiscriminately across the state to please discontinue this practice and rather divert the resources in assisting the needy in the society,” he said
