25-Year-Old Man Dies by Suicide in Osun Over Hardship

A 25-year-old man, Joseph Abodunrin, has reportedly taken his own life in the Dagbolu community, Osogbo LGA, Osun State, citing economic hardship.

His cousin, Abodunrin Grace, confirmed his death on social media, revealing that he had hidden his struggles behind smiles while encouraging others.

Before his death, Joseph had shared distressing messages online, expressing his struggles with life and mental health. His final tweets indicated he had reached his breaking point.

Authorities are yet to recover his body, and the Osun State Police Command stated they were unaware of the incident but would investigate further.
