‘I Will Never Forgive Those People Who Betrayed Me Because They Nearly Gave Me A Stroke’ – Wike
Nyesom Wike, the governor of Rivers State, has made it clear that he will not pardon those who betrayed him when he wanted to advance his political career. The people who betrayed him, according to Governor Wike, are armed robbers who may destroy him if he keeps them close, according to his speech at the pre-inauguration event.
He pointed out that the Bible teaches Christians to forgive, but he argued that in politics, it’s a different story. He claims that there is a risk he won’t survive the next diabolical scheme against him if he brings back the ones who deceived him.
“The Bible promises to forgive, but I will not forgive an armed robber,” he declared. I don’t know if you’ll take me out the next time if I forgive you now. You are aware that there are various kinds of armed robbers, some of whom are capable of killing you as soon as they catch sight of you. I’ll never be able to forgive those who abandoned me since they almost gave me a stroke. You should never work with such people again because they could make you better and cause your blood pressure to rise. And even if you are fortunate to have survived this betrayal, you might not survive the next one.
