I Sold Atiku During The Election But It Didn’t Work, He’s Also Called To Support Tinubu – Daniel Bwala
In a recent exclusive interview on Channels Television, Daniel Bwala, a prominent member of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), offered insights into his unexpected support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, emphasizing that this stance is not indicative of any wavering loyalty to the PDP.
Bwala candidly shared his perspective, stating that his allegiance to the PDP remains unwavering, despite his endorsement of President Tinubu. During the election, he actively advocated for the PDP candidate, Atiku Abubakar, and worked towards securing popular support for his candidacy. However, with the electoral outcome not aligning with his preferences, Bwala reasoned that supporting the duly elected President, Tinubu, for the next four years is a logical and pragmatic approach.
In his own words as seen on Channels Television tonight…
“I sold Atiku Abubakar during the election, supported him but it never worked. And even Atiku Abubakar is called upon to support President Bola Tinubu.
That is the way democracy works. Let me tell you something about Nigeria, there are echo chambers about political affiliations and entanglement. But the greater number of Nigerians are not partisan, they don’t belong to a political party.

A man struggling to eat doesn’t care whether you are APC or PDP. So no matter what you do from now till eternity, someone’s perception, someone’s thoughts and opinion is his property. People who have a rational mind, would rationalise what you are saying.”
