BREAKING: Dana Air Plane Lands in Abuja in an Emergency

A Dana Air Boeing 737 with the registration number (5N DNA) made an emergency landing on approach at Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport due to an engine problem.
The airline confirmed the incident in a statement on Tuesday, stating that it occurred around 2:52 p.m. and that the passengers were unharmed.
“Our Abuja-bound Boeing 737 aircraft with registration number (5N DNA) made an emergency landing today, July 19, 2022, due to an indication on one of its engines,” according to the statement.
“At about 2:52 p.m., the pilot in command briefed the passengers on the incident and safely landed the aircraft at Abuja International Airport.”
“All 100 passengers disembarked safely, and our team of engineers has grounded the aircraft for immediate attention.”
“The incident has also been reported to the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA).”
