BREAKING: Gunshots As IPOB Purportedly Enforces Sit-at-Home Order In Ebonyi
Residents of Abakaliki, the capital of Ebonyi State, have been thrown into confusion after hearing gunshots as a result of the alleged enforcement of a sit-at-home order by Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) in the State.
Commuters, Keke riders, and traders were seen fleeing for safety on Monday morning, according to reports.
According to Track News IPOB members were seen around the Ebebe market as well as other popular markets such as Ahia-ofu, Kpirikpiri, and the International market in Abakaliki attempting to enforce the illegal directive.
