Man arrested for luring female job-seekers to hotels and s#xually a$$aulting them.
A 50-year-old man, identified as Joseph Godfrey, has been arrested by the police in Bayelsa State for allegedly luring unsuspecting female job-seekers to hotels and s#xually a$$aulting them.
It was gathered that the suspect usually disguised as a staff of Government House, Yenagoa and lured his victims with the promise of job opportunities and employment.
The command’s spokesperson, ASP Asinim Butswat, in a statement said: “The suspect ran out of luck on 10th October 2022 at about 1300 hours, when one of the girls raised alarm and he was arrested at Opolo, Yenagoa.”
