Breaking: The Jigawa State Commerce Commissioner has gone away.

According to Track News, Alhaji Salisu Zakar, the Jigawa State Commissioner for Commerce and Industry, has gone away.
Up to his passing, Zakar performed a number of jobs for Jigawa State. He rose through the ranks of the government to hold the positions of commissioner of commerce and chairman of the State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB).
He passed away on Friday at the Aminu Kano Teaching hospital in Kano State following a brief illness.
His funeral will start at 11 a.m. on Saturday at the Hadejia Emir’s Palace.
According to Gaddafi Abba Umar, the Council member, the sudden death of Honorable Salisu Zakar Hadejia is a big loss for the Buji Local Government Area (LGA).
The tragic death of Honourable Salisu Zakar Hadejia is a major loss to Jigawa State government and Nigeria in general, said Gaddafi Abba Umar, the Council Secretary of Buji Local Government Area (LGA), in a statement.
“We pray that Aljanna Fiddaus will serve as his final home and that the All-Powerful God will grant him eternal rest.
