Gov Bello sacks Kogi Market Board Chairman, Danjuma Odiba
The Chairman, Kogi State Market Board, Mr Danjuma Odiba, has been sacked for “gross failure to perform his duties”.
The State Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello, announced the sack at Monday’s extraordinary State Executive Council Meeting held at Government House, Lokoja.
Confirming the development after the exco meeting, the Commissioner for Information and Communication Strategy, Mr. Kingsley Fanwo, said Odiba was accused of neglecting his duties and promoting the return of filth in the state.
Fanwo added that Odiba’s replacement would be announced in the next few days
