Lack of equity, justice, fairness responsible for crises in Nigeria – Ibadan chief, Adegoke
By Adeleye Kunle
An Ibadan chief, Oloye Adegboyega Taofeek Adegoke, has said that lack of equity, justice, sincerity, and fair play are the major factors responsible for the major crises in the country.
Adegoke, who doubles as Aare Onibon Balogun of Ibadan land, made this disclosure on Saturday.
While felicitating with Nigerians on the occasion of the 62nd independence anniversary, which is being marked across the country today, he insisted that the country will overcome its present challenges.
He spoke further by urging the citizens to prioritise love, peace and unity. He added that Nigerians should not allow the present situation to weigh them down, urging them to strive in their little capacity to do more in building peaceful co-existence among themselves
