May they not eat poison – Oyedepo to believers begging politicians who stole money
By Adeleye Kunle
Bishop David Oyedpo of Living Faith Church has lamented how some Christians seek favour from politicians believed to have embezzled public fund.
The richest African pastor, who stated this on Sunday during the first Pre-Shiloh Encounter Service, said there may be consequences of such actions.
The clergy claimed that the Living Faith Church has not received any financial favour from any government since it was founded in 1981.
He said, “You need to see how many believers are running around those who steal government money. For what to eat, you know it is stolen money and you are laughing and consuming it with them.
“You know the judgement of God, God has more in store for you than any man has available. There is no one dime of government funds in this ministry. Never! We don’t do launching so we don’t invite anybody.
“We don’t launch anything, each one launches himself as he hears the word by the one he chooses to believe. Caution my friend, caution. May you not eat poison
