2023: Ministers to pray for Tinubu, others
A coalition of church founders and ministers under the auspices of the Integrity Ministers International Ministry incorporated (IMIM), has hinted at plans to hold a prayer crusade for the nation and its leadership including Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Announcing the programme for the prayer crusade at a press briefing recently, the National Coordinator of IMIM, Bishop Kayode Williams said it would kick off on Saturday, April 30th at the Ikorodu headquarters of the organisation.
Justifying the need for the prayer session, Bishop Williams said it has become imperative to pray for Nigeria and its leadership in order to restore the lost glory of the country.
Specifically, he said, “Our organisation has the mandate to pray for Nigeria and its leadership at this time of our national life. Nigerians are suffering untoward hardship and there is, therefore, a compelling need to pray and reverse the current sad realities.”
Bishop Williams, who also doubles as the founder of Christ Vessels of Grace Church Incorporated, further revealed that his ministry received prophetic messages thrice on the emergence of Tinubu, the National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the forthcoming presidential elections, hence it is making concerted efforts to pray for the latter’s protection and safety ahead of the polls.
While reiterating the importance of the prayer crusade, Bishop Williams said the ministers plan to extend the prayer crusade across all 36 states as well as the 774 local government councils in the country.
