Appeal Court Finally Takes Decision On Judgment In Nasarawa Governorship Election
The Abuja Appeal Court has scheduled Thursday for the pronouncement of judgment in the Nasarawa State governorship election dispute.
Congress (APC) appealed against the tribunal’s decision that invalidated his election and declared David Ombugadu of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) as the winner.
Sule’s legal team argued that the tribunal had not considered the submissions of their witnesses, and the BVAS data had been presented without proper analysis.
The PDP’s counsel countered, asserting that the evidence was adequately demonstrated during the tribunal. The appeal court had earlier reserved judgment.
