May 29: Tinubu sent by God to renew hope of Nigerians – Pastor Ademola
The Coordinator, Renewed Hope Prayer Meeting, Pastor Timothy Ademola has called on Nigerians to be hopeful of a better country as a new administration takes over on May 29, stating that the incoming president, Bola Tinubu was sent by God.
The cleric made the call on Tuesday in Abuja during the group’s prayer meeting for a successful transition on May 29.
Ademola said in spite of the challenges confronting the nation, Nigerians should place their trust in God for an end to the situation and emergence of a better country.
The pastor particularly urged Christians to always be hopeful in any hopeless situation “because the Lord is there and He has the ability to turn things around for good”.
“We have been meeting every week Monday to Saturday simply because there is a season of renewed hope that has come upon Nigeria.
“By the grace of God that season will start May 29 when Asiwaju Bola Tinubu and Sen. Kashim Shettima are sworn in as president and vice president of Nigeria.
“From that day by the grace of God, the hopes of the young people of Nigeria that had been shattered will start getting renewed.
“From this day on, the hopes of the women, men, young and old, urban and rural dwellers will be renewed because we believe in the renewed hope and prayer that Tinubu is a man sent by God to bring a season of renewed hope to Nigeria,” he added
