Pondi Donates Medical Supplies Worth Millions to Constituents
The lawmaker representing Burutu Federal Constituency, Julius Pondi has donated medical supplies to constituents.
TrackNews reports that the ranking lawmaker made the donation to Ojobo, Torugbene and Okpokunou communities on Monday.
Presenting the items on behalf of Pondi, his senior legislative aide, Tonkiri Apu said the move was part of the lawmaker’s commitment to providing succour to his people.

“By providing essential medications to those in need, Pondi hopes to not only improve the health and well-being of countless individuals, but has also demonstrated leadership and empathy in addressing pressing societal challenges,” Apu said.
“His actions exemplify the power of individuals to make a meaningful difference in their communities, regardless of their stature or position.
Receiving the items, the communities commended the lawmaker for once again prioritizing the healthcare of his constituents.
Pondi is a serving a third term at the Green Chamber. He is currently the Chairman, House Committee on Environment.
