World Cup 2022: Nine countries are out of the tournament
Qatar, Canada, Ecuador, Iran, Wales, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, and Denmark are among them.
Mexico, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, and Denmark were the latest countries to be eliminated from the 2022 World Cup following the conclusion of their final group matches on Wednesday.
Tunisia defeated France 1-0 on Wednesday evening, but the North Africans finished third in Group D, trailing the French and Australia.
Denmark lost 1-0 to Australia, while Mexico defeated Saudi Arabia 2-1, but both countries finished third and fourth in Group C, behind Argentina and Poland.
After the conclusion of Groups F and E matches later today, more countries will be eliminated from the World Cup.
