Ooni, Etsu Nupe reveal the firm’s board of directors
Digital Space Capital Limited (DSC), a financial services company, has revealed its corporate governance structure in order to provide advisory roles as well as financial services for seamless banking services.
With the unveiling of its management board, led by Etsu Nupe and Chairman of the Niger State Council of Traditional Rulers, Yahaya Abubakar, the company listed its achievements and future plans.
Odubela Oluwatosin, Gbemileke Ogunbanwo, Mayowa Adeyinka, Hakeem Ademola, Adegoke Salami, Abiola Sanni, and Adegoke Adegbami are among the others.
Mrs. Olubukola Abitoye, Chief Executive Officer, stated that the company would be fully digitalized in order to provide seamless service outside of the four walls of a building.
She stated that in the last 28 months, the group’s workforce increased from zero to 120, resulting in the formation of new subsidiaries.
According to her, the company earned N369 million in profit before tax (PBT) in the previous 18 months, and N769 million in the first nine months of 2022.
Ooni of Ife Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi (Ojaja III), Alara of Ilara, Olufolarin Ogunsanwo, and others also attended the event.
