U-20 AFCON: Flying Eagles to train in Spain or Morocco
Flying Eagles head coach, Ladan Bosso has said the team will have their final preparations for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations in either Spain or Morocco.
The team embarked on break last week Saturday after two weeks of intensive training exercise.
Bosso confirmed that the team will resume camping on January 7 with an European training tour on the card.
“The camp will resume January 7 and the training tour will either be in Spain or Morocco,” Bosso said in a radio interview on Sunday.
The Flying Eagles have been drawn in Group A with hosts Egypt, Mozambique and Senegal.
The seven-time champions will face Senegal in their first game at the Cairo International Stadium on February 19.
Bosso’s charges will take on Egypt three days later before rounding up their campaign on February 25.
