Jos: Man R*pes Daughter’s 11-Year-Old Friend

A man identified as Jacob Joel has been charged for allegedly defiling his daughter’s 11-year-old friend.
The police told the court that the 42-year-old man defiled his daughter’s friend.
Joel has been remanded in a Jos Correctional Centre for allegedly defiling the victim when she came to visit his daughter.
The prosecutor, L. P. Fembot while speaking in the court noted that the minor did not meet her friend.
Fembot further stated that Joel, who was home alone, dragged the minor into his room, scared her with a knife and had carnal knowledge.
He added that the defendant threatened the 11-year-old girl on several occasions, raping her repeatedly.
The defendant was eventually caught by a school teacher when he took the victim into the bush to have carnal knowledge with her.
Joel while in court pleaded “not guilty” to the crime despite blaming the devil during police interrogation.
Justice S. P. Gang ordered his remand in prison until December 7. Joel risks life imprisonment.
In another development, two Nigerian men have allegedly raped a South-African woman for four days.
The 35-year-old woman who is from Gugulethu, Cape town, and a mother of three said she got a call inviting her for a job interview in Tyger Valley Mall on Monday, October 11.
She was later picked up by a woman and driven to the supposed interview venue where she was continuously raped by Nigerian men.
