Keane: Despite 4-0 win over Liverpool, Manchester United Can’t Compete With Man City, Others
By Adeleye Kunle
Manchester United legend Roy Keane has revealed that the Red Devils still have a long way to go before they can compete in the Premier League with Manchester City, Liverpool, and Chelsea.
Keane, known for his measured enthusiasm, was not overjoyed after United thrashed Liverpool 4-0 in a preseason friendly in Bangkok.
The Red Devils performed admirably in their first game under new coach Erik ten Hag.
Track News quoted Keane as saying: “Where would you like to begin?
“The manager will undoubtedly be given funds to spend, and four or five experienced players have left the club, which I believe was a good thing.
“However, I don’t see United competing with Liverpool and Manchester City just yet.”
